About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at 2246201 AB Ltd. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.
  • Office Operations: Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Policy Administration: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Work Term and Language: This is a permanent position with a work language of English, working 40 hours per week.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
