Job Title: Customer Service Cashier

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Cashier at Talbot Arm Motel Limited.

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Cashier will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests and respond to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments.
  • Stock shelves, clean the counter area, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Meet sales targets and achieve revenue goals.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy loads.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
