Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Horton's. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development, to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and prepare high-quality food.
- Quality Control: Establish and maintain quality control standards for food preparation and presentation, and ensure that all food meets our high standards.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, supplies, and sales, and ensure that inventory levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer complaints, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment
- Work Setting: Food service establishment, coffee shop, or fast food outlet
- Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and tight deadlines
- Client Focus: Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
- Excellent Oral Communication: Communicate effectively with colleagues, customers, and suppliers, both verbally and in writing.
- Flexibility: Adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, and be flexible in your work schedule.
- Team Player: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Initiative: Take initiative to improve processes and procedures, and suggest new ideas for improvement.
