At Sun Peaks Resort LLP, we're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Director to join our team. As the right-hand person to the Director of Culinary, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the culinary experience at one of Canada's premier mountain destinations.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to showcase your leadership skills and passion for food service management. You'll oversee the operations of our diverse F&B outlets, including restaurants, pubs, and conference services. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with the Director of Culinary to manage operations and staff
  • Developing menus and buying plans tailored to each outlet's target markets and current trends
  • Providing financial input on sales, operational, and capital budgets specific to the Back of House
  • Assisting in preparing menus for catering and special events
  • Ensuring kitchen safety and hygiene standards are met

We're looking for someone with a strong background in food service management, preferably in a multi-outlet environment. You should possess excellent leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to supervise staff and prioritize assignments.
