Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and Implement Secure Systems: Develop and implement secure systems, hardware, and software solutions to meet user requirements and streamline system workflows.
  2. Monitor and Analyze Security Issues: Monitor and analyze security issues, providing recommendations for all systems-supported infrastructure as part of regular operations.
  3. Provide Guidance and Training: Provide guidance and training to less experienced analysts, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
  4. Write and Maintain Documentation: Write and maintain systems documentation, including user and technical manuals, to ensure that all stakeholders have access to accurate and up-to-date information.
  5. Act as a Liaison: Act as a liaison between technical groups and stakeholders to coordinate the system's installation and ensure technical compatibility and satisfaction.
Requirements
  1. Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL): 3 years of working knowledge of RHEL.
  2. Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana (ELK): 2 years of ELK service management experience in an operational environment, including index lifecycle management, snapshots, and restore.
  3. Scripting: 2 years of scripting experience using Unix shell or PowerShell.
  4. Service Management: 2 years of service management experience, including incident management.
  5. Version Control Tools: 2 years of working knowledge of version control tools such as Git for code management, deployment, and issue management.
  6. Cybersecurity Experience: 2 years of cybersecurity experience.
  7. Professional IT Experience: 10 years of professional IT experience.
Desired Qualifications
  1. CISSP or Other Cybersecurity Certification: CISSP or other cybersecurity certification.
  2. ITIL Certification: ITIL certification.
  3. Identity and Access Management: Experience with identity and access management, including SAML, OIDC, PAM, MFA, Active Directory, LDAP, etc.
  4. System Automation: Experience with system automation using Ansible/Terraform.
  5. Message Brokers: Experience with message brokers such as Redis and Kafka.
  6. Data Analytics: Experience with data analytics and/or Power BI.
  7. Cloud Technologies: Experience with cloud technologies, including AWS and Azure.
  8. Network Technologies: Experience with network technologies, including firewalls and load balancers.
