Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Analyst to join our team at SRA Staffing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Test Planning and Execution
    • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality of our software products.
    • Identify and prioritize test scenarios to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing activities.
    • Communicate test results and issues to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Process Improvement
    • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Collaborate with teams to identify and address testing bottlenecks.
  • Leadership and Mentoring
    • Mentor junior team members to develop their testing skills and knowledge.
    • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • 7+ years of experience in software testing.
    • Experience working with automated testing tools and manual testing.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
