Job Description

Nexus Systems Group Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead QA teams in planning, organizing, and implementing testing efforts.
  • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test data for various types and phases of testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective resolution of defects and management of change requests.
  • Provide periodic status reports and present test data to executives and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain quality assurance processes and standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of demonstrated QA experience, including leading QA teams and defect tracking.
  • Knowledge and experience in the use of version control systems and automated testing tools.
  • Experience with quality assurance principles, practices, and structured methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in Government or Public Sector organizations.
  • Knowledge of one or more automated testing tools.
