Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $120,000-$150,000 per year, depending on experience. Job Description

In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for:
  • Providing strategic guidance and support to our branch managers and staff to achieve exceptional levels of service delivery.
  • Coaching and developing employees to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Resolving problems and making decisions that align with our company's goals and values.
  • Leading labor relations efforts, including arbitrations and grievance hearings.
  • Conducting facility evaluations and recommending improvements.
  • Demonstrating knowledge of safety management practices and federal and state safety standards.
  • Maintaining strong customer relationships through effective communication and client satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in operations management.
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Computer literacy and ability to access resources effectively.

Work Environment

This is an office-based position with occasional travel required (up to 75%). You must be a resident of either British Columbia or Alberta to be considered for this role.
