Job Title: Hotel Attendant

As a Hotel Attendant at Prestige Hudson Bay Lodge Smithers, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our guests. Your primary duties will include cleaning and maintaining the hotel's rooms, common areas, and amenities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain rooms, including making beds, restocking linens, and tidying up after guests
  • Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and appliances
  • Vacuum carpets, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
  • Ensure that all areas of the hotel are clean and tidy, including hallways, corridors, and public spaces
  • Restock towels, toiletries, and other essential items
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
