Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a General Applications specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring that their insurance needs are met with the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide critical thinking and attention to detail to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks
- Demonstrate accountability and reliability in the quality and timeliness of work
- Be flexible and adaptable, with proven problem-solving skills
- Maintain a high degree of professionalism and integrity in all interactions
- Self-motivated, with a positive work ethic and the ability to function independently and in a team
- Skilled user of the Microsoft Office Suite of products
- Work well within a team and independently, with the ability to adjust to tight and changing deadlines
Requirements
- Alberta Level 1 General Insurance License
- Alberta Level 2 General Insurance License
- CAIB
- CIP
- Experience in an insurance brokerage is considered an asset
- Experience in an insurance environment would be considered an asset
