Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a General Applications specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing unbiased insurance and risk management solutions to individuals, families, and businesses nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Critical thinker with strong attention to details and organized
- Demonstrated accountability and reliability in the quality and timeliness of work
- Flexible and adaptable with proven problem-solving skills
- High degree of professionalism and integrity
- Maintains appropriate and clear documentation in an agency management system, including policy details, activities and attachments
- Self-motivated; positive work ethic and the ability to function independently and in a team
- Skilled user of the Microsoft Office Suite of products
- Works well within a team and independently and able to adjust to tight and changing deadlines
Requirements
- Alberta Level 1 General Insurance License
- Alberta Level 2 General Insurance License
- CAIB
- CIP
- Experience in an insurance brokerage is considered an asset
- Experience in an insurance environment would be considered an asset
