Payroll Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team at Hourglass HR Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing payroll, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Process payroll for employees, including calculating salaries, deductions, and benefits
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records, including attendance, leave, and overtime
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including tax laws and employment standards
- Prepare and submit reports, including T4 statements and other required documents
- Provide excellent customer service to employees and management
- 2 years of experience in payroll administration
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
