The Client Relationship Specialist role at HUB International is a vital part of our team. Reporting to the Director of Client Services, this position is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and managing client expectations.

Our ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other standard business software is required.

In this role, you will support the Client Development Specialist with new builder membership applications, including client follow-up and documentation. You will also introduce builder members to WIMS, training them on database functionality and assisting their office as needed.

A key aspect of this role is developing and maintaining strong relationships with builder members and serving as a subject matter expert on new home warranty. You will collect builder fees, risk premium, and collateral security per terms and conditions letters.

This position requires excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. If you are a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply.
