Baker Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at ASGODOM TRADING INC. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare dough and batters for various baked goods
  • Bake and decorate cakes and pastries
  • Train staff in preparation and handling of food
  • Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff
  • Ensure quality of products meets established standards
  • Inspect kitchen and food service areas
  • Operate machinery and equipment
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
Work Environment:

Our bakery is a fast-paced environment where you will be working with a team to produce high-quality baked goods. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure.
