We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of bread and pastry products to meet the high standards of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies to ensure a smooth production process.
  • Bake mixed dough and batters to produce high-quality bread and pastry products.
  • Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards by adhering to our quality control procedures.
  • Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
Work Environment:

As a Baker at Tim Hortons, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a team environment to meet production demands.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
