Key Responsibilities
  1. Preparation and Maintenance of Patient Rooms
    Assist in preparing nursing units, patient rooms, and beds to ensure a safe and clean environment for our residents.
  2. Admission, Transfer, and Discharge Procedures
    Assist patients in the admission, transfer, and discharge process, following established department procedures and using proper body mechanics to protect patients and staff.
  3. Direct Patient Care and Routine Treatment
    Provide direct personal care, general nursing care, and routine treatment for a group of patients, including morning and evening care, enemas, application of heat/cold, sitz baths, and skin care.
  4. Assistance with Complicated Treatment Procedures
    Assist licensed staff in performing complicated treatment procedures as requested, following established department procedures and demonstrating ability to follow directions and perform specific duties under supervision.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate competence in providing patient care, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
