Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer medication in accordance with safety principles and codes of ethics.
  • Contribute to the adjustment of a resident's action plan based on observations.
  • Create and maintain meticulous notes in the resident's dossier in accordance with OIIAQ requirements.
  • Promote and advocate for proactive care among residents.
  • Respond to all emergency situations.

Requirements:

  • A professional studies diploma (DEP) in healthcare assistance or nursing.
  • PDSB training.
  • Up-to-date CPR/AED training certificates.
  • Member of the OIIAQ.
