Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Cybersecurity Scanning team to ensure the security of RBC's platforms, including on-prem, private, and public clouds.
  • Monitor network security environments, identify security gaps, and evaluate risks to ensure the organization's cybersecurity posture.
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate cyber threats, including vulnerability assessments and threat modeling.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of security measures and tools.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to develop innovative solutions and intelligence strategies to stay ahead of emerging threats.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership and coaching abilities, with experience in complex, fast-paced Cyber Operations and/or Cloud Security environments.
  • Strong technical knowledge in scanning operations, with a solid foundation in Networking, IT Management, and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders, create, report, and present technical ideas to a wide range of audiences.
  • Experience with security scanning platforms, such as Tenable, Aqua Security, or Qualys.
  • Lean Six Sigma experience is an asset.
