Job Title: Bar Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Bar Manager to join our team at Tasty Indian Bistro. As a Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bar, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our bar runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct performance reviews of bar staff to ensure they are meeting our high standards of service and quality.
  • Organize and maintain inventory of bar supplies, including liquor, beer, and mixers.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the bar area.
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations of the bar.
  • Supervise 5-10 people in the bar area.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Have attention to detail and be organized.
  • Have accurate, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and reliability.
  • Have 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work a 40-hour week.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
