Resideo Academy is seeking a highly skilled and organized Training Support Coordinator to play a critical role in the success of our global training programs.
Job Summary:The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating training events in the Americas (AMER) region, working with training stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer journey through course selection, registration, booking, delivery, and feedback.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate training events, ensuring alignment and entry of event details are captured in the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Act as a customer-facing dedicated liaison for AMER training courses, arranging venues, managing bookings, customer payments, and delivering cost-effective service.
- Administer and manage Continuing Education Unit program requirements.
- Verify French-Canadian translations are accurate.
- 3+ years of experience in an Administrative function, previous role serving as a Training Coordinator preferred.
- Fluent bilingual French-Canadian and English-speaking skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient level of IT literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to effectively communicate through written, verbal, and presentation skills with varying levels of stakeholders.
