Job Title: Instructor - Academic

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Instructor - Academic to join our team at U-TOP ACADEMY LTD.

Job Summary:

The Instructor - Academic will be responsible for teaching and developing academic programs, preparing teaching materials, and evaluating student progress. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with students and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teaching and Curriculum Development: Develop and deliver high-quality academic programs, courses, and materials that meet the needs of students.
  • Student Evaluation and Support: Assess student progress, provide feedback, and support students in achieving their academic goals.
  • Program Evaluation and Review: Conduct regular evaluations of academic programs to ensure they meet the needs of students and stakeholders.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement academic programs, share best practices, and provide support to students.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: Experience in education, training, or a related field is an asset.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Cultural Competency: Ability to work effectively with students and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is required.
