About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our team at hireVouch. As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design of our products and ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and user experience.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across our products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new products and features
  • Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product design
  • Communicate design decisions and progress to stakeholders
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience designing products across multiple platforms
  • 1-2 years of experience shipping products as a senior designer
  • Experience with design thinking process and research methodology
  • Familiarity with agile development environment
  • Experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
