Our Supply Chain team plays a critical role in ensuring the availability of our products across our extensive network of restaurants, and we are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join us as a Supply Chain Manager - Procurement & Logistics Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage supply planning and project execution for Tim Hortons promotions, transitions, and new product launches across various categories.
  2. Develop and manage supply chain execution timelines to ensure timely delivery of national promotions, regional tests, and transitions.
  3. Collaborate with suppliers and internal cross-functional teams to create supply strategies for regional tests and national promotions.
  4. Work closely with distribution and customer service teams to optimize inbound product flow from vendors to DCs and first shipments to restaurants for new products and transitions.
  5. Develop contingency plans and execute fast turnaround during supply disruptions.
  6. Coach a high-performing team of analysts, assessing performance and mentoring individual team members.
  7. Oversee promotional service metrics while maintaining freight and obsolete costs within budget.
Qualifications and Skills
  1. 3+ years of relevant work experience in supply planning, demand planning, or procurement in CPG or QSR businesses with progressively increasing responsibilities.
  2. Experience coaching and developing a high-performing team.
  3. Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in business or supply chain.
  4. Advanced knowledge of Excel, with SAP and/or Kinaxis Rapid Response knowledge being an asset.
  5. Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  6. Ability to balance, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  7. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year
