Concrete Finishing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finishing Specialist to join our team at Nextdoor Contractors Inc. As a key member of our construction crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finishes on our concrete projects.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have experience working with concrete and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for filling hollows and removing spots on freshly poured cement, operating power vibrators to compact concrete, and imparting desired finishes to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools.
You will also be required to install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures, as well as waterproof, damp proof, and restore surfaces. Additionally, you will repair, resurface, and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures.
To be successful in this role, you must be physically demanding, able to handle heavy loads, and possess excellent attention to detail. You should also be accurate, client-focused, flexible, and dependable.
Work EnvironmentThis is a permanent, full-time position that requires 35 hours of work per week. You will work outdoors in a wet/damp environment and will be exposed to various weather conditions.
Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Our estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on your level of experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a retirement savings plan.
