Your Role
We're seeking an experienced Clinical Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a member of our esteemed organization, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing empathetic support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
Job Summary
As a Clinical Mental Health Therapist, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality EFAP services and other clinical programs to our clients. This will include:
- Providing confidential counseling and case management services
- Conducting telephonic assessments and crisis interventions
- Developing personalized treatment plans and progress notes
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure timely and effective service delivery
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Master's degree in Counselling, Social Work or Psychology
- Registration with a relevant governing body (e.g., Social Worker, Psychologist, Marriage & Family Therapist, or Canadian Certified Counsellor)
- 2-3 years of clinical experience with a focus on mental health and situational problems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Crisis hotline, telephonic counselling, and/or EFAP experience is preferred
What We Offer
In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
