Job Title: Sales Assistant

We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team at COBS Bread. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, merchandising products, and executing marketing campaigns. If you have a positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a willingness to learn, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive in-store experience
  • Merchandise products and execute marketing campaigns to drive sales
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and organized bakery
  • Assist with production and learn about our baking process
Requirements:
  • Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and eager to learn
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Relevant retail experience and cash handling skills an asset
Physical Requirements:
  • Continuous standing and walking throughout the shift
  • Constant use of both hands
  • Frequent lifting and carrying up to 7.5 kg
  • Occasional lifting and carrying up to 22 kg
