Electronics Sales Associate
OSL Retail Services is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Electronics Sales Associate to join our team at Walmart Langford Supercentre in British Columbia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support for our electronics products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customers with product demonstrations, comparisons, and sales support
- Offer personalized shopping experiences, ensuring customers find the best electronics solutions
- Proactively set up and maintain product merchandising displays
- Process customer purchases, returns, exchanges, and service requests
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
- Assist customers with questions and concerns, ensuring they feel confident in their purchases
- Lead by example and foster a positive team environment
