Restaurant Operations Manager Job Description

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide an exceptional guest experience by ensuring our restaurants are clean, functional, and beautiful
* Manage inventory and money control systems to optimize profitability
* Coordinate local marketing initiatives, including community outreach and recruitment
* Recruit and train outstanding team members to deliver exceptional service
* Maintain standards of restaurant safety and security, including adherence to local and national health and food safety codes

**Day-to-Day Responsibilities**

* Manage business records and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth
* Identify and contact prospective guests to promote sales and drive revenue
* Support local and national marketing initiatives to drive sales and brand awareness
* Plan and execute special events and promotions to drive sales and engagement

**Requirements**

* High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant environment, with supervisory and training experience
* Excellent communication and computer skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 30 pounds

**Physical Demands**

* Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed
* Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register
* Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally

**Training and Support**

* Comprehensive training program to ensure success in the role
* Ongoing support and coaching from experienced team members

**Work Schedule**

* Full-time and part-time positions available, with varying schedules to meet business needs
