Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Don McNeill Enterprises Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven individual to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Assign sales workers to duties, manage cash, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Authorize returns of merchandise, resolve customer complaints, and maintain inventory.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Exhibit designers plan and develop permanent and temporary or moveable exhibits and displays for museum exhibitions, trade shows, conventions, retail spaces, and other exhibitions.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in retail management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain attention to detail.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business or a related field an asset.
