We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Northwood Plaza Hotel and Banquet Room. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting of hotel rooms and public areas
  • Restock linens, toiletries, and other amenities as needed
  • Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience an asset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Physical ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and stand for long periods
