Job Title: Housekeeping Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Northwood Plaza Hotel and Banquet Room. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms, public areas, and facilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors, dusting furniture, and vacuuming carpets and upholstered furniture.
  • Make beds and change sheets, and distribute clean towels and toiletries to guests.
  • Stock linen closets and clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Handle and report lost and found items, and attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items.
  • Provide basic information on facilities and amenities to guests.
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers, and launder clothing and household linens.
  • Mend clothing and linens, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Clean changing rooms and showers, and address customers' complaints or concerns.
