About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team at Clearrex Windows & Doors Manufacturing Inc. as a Building Maintenance Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Industrial Equipment: Safely operate industrial vacuum cleaners, power sweepers, and other equipment to remove debris and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Perform Repairs and Maintenance: Conduct minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs.
  • Maintain Inventory and Supplies: Organize and maintain inventory, and ensure that all necessary supplies are available for maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure Safety and Security: Perform safety and security checks, and take necessary actions to prevent accidents and ensure a secure work environment.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues: Work with minimal supervision, and collaborate with colleagues to achieve maintenance goals.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to handle heavy loads, and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
