We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team at Studio 13 Salon and Day Spa. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve sales goals and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, and plan and organize daily operations to ensure efficient and effective sales processes.
  • Staff Management: Manage staff and assign duties, recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to ensure a high-performing sales team.
  • Merchandise Management: Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, and implement price and credits policies to maximize sales and revenue.
  • Financial Management: Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability and growth.
  • Customer Service: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in retail sales management.
  • Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
