Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

DRACO INC. is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our brand and products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Communication Strategies: Create and implement effective communication plans to engage with our target audience.
  • Evaluate Communication Strategies: Analyze and evaluate the success of our marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Prepare Written Material: Develop high-quality written content, including reports, briefs, and website content, to support our marketing efforts.
  • Provide Consultation: Offer expert advice to clients on advertising and sales promotion strategies.
  • Perform Administrative Tasks: Manage administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping, to ensure the smooth operation of our marketing department.
  • Plan Development Projects: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute development projects that align with our marketing goals.
  • Advise on Advertising Strategies: Provide guidance to clients on the most effective advertising strategies to reach their target audience.
  • Assist in Material Preparation: Support the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
  • Coordinate Special Events: Organize and execute special publicity events and promotions to generate buzz around our brand.
  • Gather Communications Material: Research and gather communications material, including press releases and media kits, to support our marketing efforts.
  • Initiate Media Contact: Establish and maintain contact with the media to secure press coverage and promote our brand.
  • Evaluate Customer Service: Assess and improve customer service and store environments to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Conduct Online Marketing: Develop and execute online marketing campaigns, including e-commerce and website promotions, to reach our target audience.
  • Develop Marketing Strategies: Create and implement marketing strategies to promote our brand and products.
  • Ensure Business Licenses: Verify that all necessary business and commercial licenses are in place to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Develop Business Plans: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans that align with our marketing goals.
  • Write and Edit Press Releases: Develop and edit press releases, newsletters, and other communications materials to promote our brand and products.
