Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

DRACO INC. is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our brand and products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Communication Strategies: Create and implement effective communication plans to engage with our target audience.
  • Evaluate Communication Strategies and Programs: Analyze and evaluate the success of our marketing efforts and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Oversee the Preparation of Public Written Material: Ensure that all marketing materials, including reports, briefs, and website content, are well-written and effective.
  • Prepare Written Material: Develop and edit press releases, newsletters, and other communications materials.
  • Provide Consultation on Planning and Starting of New Businesses: Offer guidance and support to entrepreneurs and small business owners on marketing and business development strategies.
  • Perform Administrative Tasks: Manage and coordinate marketing projects, including planning, budgeting, and execution.
  • Plan Development Projects: Develop and implement marketing plans to support business growth and development.
  • Advise Clients on Advertising or Sales Promotion Strategies: Provide expert advice on marketing and advertising strategies to help clients achieve their business goals.
  • Assist in the Preparation of Brochures, Reports, Newsletters, and Other Material: Support the development of marketing materials, including brochures, reports, and newsletters.
  • Co-ordinate Special Publicity Events and Promotions: Plan and execute special events and promotions to engage with our target audience.
  • Gather, Research, and Prepare Communications Material: Collect and analyze data to inform marketing strategies and develop effective communications materials.
  • Initiate and Maintain Contact with the Media: Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and influencers to promote our brand and products.
  • Evaluate Customer Service and Store Environments: Assess and improve customer service and store environments to enhance the customer experience.
  • Conduct Online Marketing, E-commerce, and Website Promotions: Develop and implement online marketing strategies to drive sales and engagement.
  • Develop Marketing Strategies: Create and implement marketing plans to support business growth and development.
  • Ensure Appropriate Business/Commercial Licenses are in Place: Ensure that all necessary licenses and permits are obtained and maintained.
  • Develop and Implement Business Plans: Develop and implement business plans to support business growth and development.
  • Write and Edit Press Releases, Newsletters, and Communications Materials: Develop and edit press releases, newsletters, and other communications materials.
