Guest Services Coordinator

The Guest Services Coordinator plays a vital role in managing incoming reservation inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience for guests through prompt and precise assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling reservation requests for the Fantasyland Hotel and addressing incoming inquiries. Offering detailed information to callers about room pricing, hotel amenities, and available packages, along with general information about the mall and its attractions. Generating daily arrival reports and verifying for accuracy, including checking for errors, package details, room allocations, duplicate reservations, and other inconsistencies. Processing deposits, issuing confirmation letters and registration documents, and fulfilling additional tasks as necessary. Additional duties may be assigned as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Background in customer service or a reservations-related role. Strong Customer Service and Communication abilities. Professional telephone demeanor coupled with effective problem-solving skills. Basic computer proficiency and typing skills, with familiarity in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. The role primarily involves working in an office setting.

Employment Terms:

This position is part-time and requires a flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts. Candidates must successfully complete a basic security clearance.
