Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Operations Manager to join our team at Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food service department, ensuring that all aspects of food preparation, presentation, and service meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Food Service Planning: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective food service delivery.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that all necessary ingredients and supplies are available when needed.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that all staff are trained to maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service management role.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure. The position requires the ability to multitask, work independently, and as part of a team.
