Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Senior Android Developer with expertise in UI/UX design principles to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing robust and scalable applications.

Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include defining architecture, implementing technological solutions, translating business requirements into technical designs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

  • Architecture and Implementation: Take a leading role in defining the architecture and implementing key technological solutions.
  • Design and Development: Translate business requirements into technical designs that align with company goals.
  • Agile Methodologies: Participate actively in product development phases, including daily scrums, grooming sessions, and story refinement.
  • Quality Assurance: Develop and execute robust unit tests for edge cases, usability, and reliability.
  • Version Control: Use Git for pull requests, code reviews, and branch merges.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Collaborate within the team to share knowledge and enhance development practices.
  • Problem-Solving: Address challenges openly and foster a culture of learning and team growth.

Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must possess strong technical skills and experience in Android development, as well as excellent problem-solving abilities and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

Required Skills and Qualifications: Must-Have Skills

  • Android Development: 5+ years of experience in Android development (Kotlin, Android SDK, Java).
  • Technical Knowledge: Deep knowledge of Android SDK, performance, and optimization techniques (e.g., AsyncTasks, Adapters, Fragments, Activities, Threading).
  • Design Principles: Proven understanding of object-oriented design patterns and principles.
  • User Experience: Strong grasp of mobile user interface guidelines and best practices.
  • API Integration: Hands-on experience with RESTful web APIs and JSON integration.
  • Documentation: Proficiency in planning and writing technical documentation.
  • Risk Management: Excellent problem-solving and risk management skills.
  • Jetpack Compose: Experience with Jetpack Compose.

Nice-to-Have Skills: Familiarity with Android TV development, exposure to Kotlin Multi-Platform, knowledge of GraphQL integration, experience with iOS native development, strong understanding of SQL and relational databases, awareness of code obfuscation and encryption techniques, knowledge of Chromecast implementation and optimization.
