Job Title: Senior Validation Engineer
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Commissioning and Qualification (C&Q) Engineer to join our team at TalentBurst, an Inc 5000 company. The ideal candidate will have expertise in executing C&Q protocols for process systems such as tanks, tangential flow filtration (TFF) systems, parts washers, centrifuges, and clean utilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute C&Q protocols for process systems
- Support CQ PM with planning/coordination between engineering, operations, quality, and other departments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful C&Q execution
- Develop and maintain documentation for C&Q protocols and procedures
Requirements:
- BSc/BEng in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- 6-9 years of experience in the CQV field or related industry
- Experience in the pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical industry or related industry/manufacturing environment
- Well-developed communication skills, both verbal and written
