Key Responsibilities- Conduct functional assessments and develop treatment protocols to support students with complex needs.
- Provide ongoing supervision, training, and evaluation of instructor therapists to ensure high-quality care.
- Oversee the programming of clients, including analysis of data, making data-driven program changes, and writing and updating individualized plans.
- Three to five years of direct clinical experience in behaviour analysis or intensive behavioural intervention.
- SBT experience and training an asset.
- BCBA certification or pursuing BCBA certification is an asset.
