About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Development Manager to join our team at EightSix Network. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their goal of purchasing a home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective residential financing strategies to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including realtors and builders, to stay up-to-date on the solutions we offer.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to identify and refer clients to our expert colleagues, ensuring seamless client experience.
  • Organize and participate in business development activities and events to drive growth and expansion.
  • Apply established processes and procedures to ensure compliance and risk management rules are followed.
  • Stay up-to-date on National Bank mortgage solutions and changes in the mortgage market to provide expert advice to clients.

About You:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in business development and mortgage financing. You will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 1 year of relevant experience, or a college diploma and 3 years of relevant experience. You will also have a proven track record of business development experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage different stakeholders.
