About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Instructor to join our team at New Edge Alliance INC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teaching and Instruction
    • Deliver high-quality instruction and demonstrations of athletic, fitness, and sports activities and techniques.
    • Instruct groups and individuals in arts and crafts, promoting creativity and skill-building.
  • Event Coordination
    • Assist with the coordination of recreational, sports, and fitness events, ensuring seamless execution and participant satisfaction.
  • Leadership and Guidance
    • Lead groups and individuals in recreational or leisure programs, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
    • Plan and carry out recreational, fitness, and sports activities, considering diverse needs and abilities.
  • Safety and Maintenance
    • Maintain and repair sports equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards.
    • Monitor recreational, sports, or fitness activities to ensure safety and provide emergency or first aid assistance when required.
  • Administrative Support
    • Assemble supplies, sports, and game equipment, ensuring timely and efficient setup.
    • Assist clients/guests with special needs, providing personalized support and accommodations.
  • Regulatory Compliance
    • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe and compliant environment.
  • Work Environment
    • Work Term: Permanent
    • Work Language: English
    • Hours: 40 hours per week
