Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise and experience in product development to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

About the Role

The annual base salary for this role is expected to be between $107,730.00 CAD - $200,070.00 CAD, depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.

In addition to the competitive salary, you will have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and sales to ensure successful product launches.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product decisions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define and prioritize product requirements.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the market, competitors, and customer needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or computer science.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful product strategies.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • A strong analytical mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
