  • About the Role
  • The Senior Manager, Product Management will be responsible for implementing products for GBM trading, focusing on Structure Credit business, to address the need of our business globally and further the modernization mandate.
  • As a Senior Manager, Product Management, you will help grow, inspire, and lead our Product team, and manage the solution aspects within the portfolio, developing a solution roadmap in collaboration with business and technology stakeholders, and mitigating risk through cross-functional team collaboration and effective operations.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering & development, business lines, and other technology and product teams, to build high-quality products on time and within budget.
  2. Perform customer need analysis and understand business pain points, identifying the biggest problems to solve to build and own the roadmap.
  3. Effectively communicate and continuously engage and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in front, back office, and in technology, partnering with them to drive the department's strategy.
  4. Prioritize, negotiate, and remove obstacles to ensure quality product launches.
  5. Manage a team of technology professionals, including business analysts, product managers, and architects, developing and growing talent through effective mentoring and succession planning.
  6. Champion a customer-focused and high-performing culture throughout their team, deepening client relationships and leveraging broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.
  • Requirements
  • 6+ years of product and IT experience, with strong business analysis, architecture/technical background.
  • Strong knowledge of capital markets trading and products.
  • Experience in building solutions in customer needs, having successfully achieved it through a sound execution strategy.
  • Managed technology products, trading platform solutions end-to-end, from inception to delivery, focusing on seamless customer experience.
  • Experience in hiring, coaching, and leading product managers.
  • Strong problem solver with the ability to influence and inspire a cross-functional team to reach ambitious goals.
  • Curious and engineering mindset to drive innovation amidst uncertainty.
