Job Description
This role involves assisting in developing design concepts and schematic designs. The Intermediate Architect/Technologist will prepare construction drawings and specifications, coordinate with consultants and contractors, and develop detailed design solutions for building systems.
Responsibilities
- Design Development: Assist in developing design concepts and schematic designs.
- Technical Design: Develop detailed design solutions for building systems, including structure, MEP, and envelope.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of design documents.
Required Skills and Qualifications
This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology, 5+ years of experience in residential and commercial design, and proficiency in ArchiCad and other design software. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
