Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Architectural Technologist to lead our design team in creating innovative solutions for complex institutional facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, architectural technology, building sciences, and a passion for collaborative work.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop technical solutions for projects through all phases.
  • Collaborate with clients, managers, and consultant teams to ensure project success.
  • Maintain high-quality designs, adhering to building codes and civic planning processes.
  • Develop and maintain detailed architectural plans using Revit.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide updates on project progress.

Requirements:

  • Architectural Technologist degree from an accredited Canadian institution.
  • Minimum of 8-15 years of North American experience in architectural technology or a related field.
  • Strong command of the English language, both verbal and written, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Revit and other supporting software, with a strong background in institutional projects.
  • Able to think critically and demonstrate problem-solving skills, detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
