Warehouse Associate

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Warehouse Associate to join our team at Regal Rexnord. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and shipment of electrical products and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Unload and store electrical products and systems in a safe and organized manner
- Verify and document the receipt of shipments to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Assist in the preparation of shipments, including packaging and labeling
- Operate a forklift to move materials and products within the warehouse
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory management to ensure accuracy and accountability of stock
- Assist in the maintenance of a clean and safe work environment
Requirements
- High school graduation certification
- 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or shipping/receiving environment
- Knowledge of ERP systems and inventory management
- Ability to lift 30 pounds frequently
- Certified Fork truck Operator preferred
- Trained in storage and transportation of dangerous goods (WHMIS)
