Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Thomson Power Systems, a leading manufacturer of electrical products and systems, is seeking a highly motivated and organized Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and shipment of materials and products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Unload and store incoming shipments, verifying accuracy and completeness of orders
  • Organize and maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment, adhering to 5S principles
  • Assist in the preparation of shipments, including packaging and labeling
  • Support the receiving and maintenance departments as needed, helping to receive and store materials
  • Manage inventory using ERP systems to ensure accuracy and accountability
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of experience in shipping and receiving or warehouse management preferred
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and warehouse management software
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds frequently and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
