Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team at MMT CENTER INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Computer-based training and experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions
  • Temporary position with a variable schedule.
  • 35 to 40 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
