Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Electro Mechanical CNC Specialist to join our team at Knoll North America Corp. The ideal candidate will have specialized training in the repair, installation, and troubleshooting of Homag CNC machines, as well as experience with 5-axis technology and wood processing equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Repair, install, and troubleshoot Homag CNC machines, including BMG and Weeke models
  • Work with 5-axis technology and wood processing equipment
  • Evaluate, prepare, and execute preventative and predictive maintenance schedules
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical problems logically and demonstrate machine flow
  • Work with PLC, VFD, CNC, and servo systems
  • Follow LOTO protocol and maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Participate in and contribute to the continuous improvement process

Requirements

  • Completion of a three-year College Diploma in Electro-Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum three to five years of related experience
  • Machine shop experience and working knowledge of a Computerized Maintenance Management System
  • Ability to communicate in English (both oral and written)
